This recently NEW Villa will be rented directly by the owners, only on few occasions a year,
not for business purposes but just to help pay part of the heavy expenses
 generated by its maintenance.  It will provide you with a unique opportunity to
enjoy a different kind of tourism,  beyond the depersonalized hotel experience.

Casa Delfin is located in exclusive Marina Las Brisas area, just minutes away from great restaurants, discos, and the Costera Miguel Aleman.  The area has 24-hour security and a private Marina Club for the guests of Casa Delfin with another swimming pool, snack and drink bar and a boat dock on the ocean's edge.   You will enjoy the comfort of the open living space which gives a panoramic view of the beautiful Acapulco Bay.  From the moment of your arrival the details of this spacious, three king size bedroom suite villa, each with separate private balconies, will please you.

High Season :
November thru May :  $600 / Night USD,

Less than 6 day rentals :$650 / Night USD
 

Holidays :
Thanksgiving/Christmas/ New Year/Easter :  $1000 / Night USD (One week minimum)  If both Christmas and New Year than 2 weeks minimum.
 

Off Season:
June thru October-$500 / Night USD
Less than 6 day rentals :$550 / Night  USD

50% Credit Card Deposit required to reserve, Master-card, Visa, Discover & American Express

Balance or 50% Credit Card to be deposited a few days before of arrival,  Or we would prefer you send your check for balance owed 2 weeks before you arrive to our office. Make check payable to  Bonnavilla Plaza Corp. 2750 Osborne Drive East, Hastings, Nebraska. 68901-1006.  

 
  • Full Time cook house man and maid service. Staff of 2 and sometimes four that live in their own quarters.
  • No children or pets please, unless permission from owners.
  • Ideal for three couples or six adults. If you wish to have 7 or 8 guests it will be $50 U.S. each, extra per day
  • High Speed Internet in Bar & Master bedroom
  • Direct TV in every bedroom with separate receivers with 200 channels plus all subscription movie channels from U.S. & Playboy channel #393
  • In case of cancellation by renter more than 30 days in advance, this deposit is not refunded but will be credited with no time limit to a future rental at the convenience of both parties. If 30 days or less there is no refund or transfer of days in the future.
  • No other charges or taxes except for a tip for the staff at the end of your stay for their fine service, which is customary in Mexico.
